For as long as I can remember I have had an innate desire to be outside, discovering new things and pursuing adventure. Being a dedicated climber, skier and all around outdoor enthusiast has led me on many exciting excursions to explore unique and wonderful places. My other prevailing passion is photography. I began my photographic journey shooting black and white film and spending countless hours in the darkroom. After graduating from college I moved to New Paltz, NY so I would be closer to my favorite rock climbing area, the Gunks. After several years of guiding and learning about the Gunks I moved to Colorado. While in the Rocky Mountains I skied and traveled extensively throughout the Western states. Soon I was inspired to merge my two passions into a common pursuit. Tens of thousands of miles and tens of thousands of images later the goal remains the same and the journey continues.
